First-of-its-kind Titanic hotel coming to Columbus

If you missed the incredible Titanic exhibit at COSI last year, no worries—a more permanent Titanic tribute is planning on making its way to Columbus.
A breakthrough boutique, Titanic-themed hotel, restaurant, and spa concept developed to immerse guests in the passenger experience aboard the turn-of-the-century ship is slated to open in 2028 in one of Columbus’ “Opportunity Zones.” It has yet to be announced where this would happen, but most likely in an area that’s not economically well-off, where investors are incentivized to build their business for tax benefits.
BROUGHT TO YOU BY
Unsinkable Hotels, the brand behind this hotel, says they chose Columbus for their first-ever hotel for many reasons:it’s the 2nd largest city in the Midwest, we headquarter several Fortune 500 companies, millions of people visit our city, we host major events, and two Titanic ship passengers and survivors fell in love on a lifeboat and were later married.
Inside, expect recreated rooms from the Titanic, including a First Class Dining Saloon, Cafe Parisien, and a Boat Deck Bar. Plus, elegant suites and staterooms, a spa, gift shop, rooftop bar, saltwater swimming bath, a squash court, and more will all be included.
Currently, Unsinkables is seeking investors. If you’re interested, learn more here.
