Group Newzins lost the first trial of an exclusive contract lawsuit with Adore.

The Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Agreement Department 41 (Chief Judge Chung Hoi-il) held a court hearing at 9:50 a.m. on the 30th to determine the validity of the exclusive contract filed by Adore against the five members of Newgens.

The two sides have been in dispute over exclusive contracts since November last year. Newzins insisted that he could not maintain an exclusive contract with Adore because of the “crash of trust,” and Adore countered, “There is no reason to terminate the contract.”

Newzins and Adore went through two mediation procedures prior to the sentencing, but failed to reach an agreement and were judged by the court.
