Full injury report for Paul George, Sixers vs. Nets to begin road trip

The Philadelphia 76ers will begin a 3-game road trip on Sunday when they take on the Brooklyn Nets on the road. The Sixers will look to bounce back from their first loss of the season when they take on a young and rebuilding Nets team.
Philadelphia will remain short-handed as second-year guard Jared McCain remains out due to right hand surgery recovery. He is certainly working his way back as the No. 16 pick in the 2024 draft has been practicing lightly and putting up shots, but he still needs time.
Dominick Barlow will also miss another game due to the right elbow laceration. This will be the fourth straight game he will miss due to the injury and he will be re-evaluated on this trip.
Paul George also remains out due to left knee surgery recovery. The 9-time All-Star is continuing to work his way back, but George still needs to ramp up before he can make his season debut.
Joel Embiid is also out due to left knee injury management. He did play 25 minutes against the Boston Celtics on Friday and the Sixers will rest him against Nic Claxton and the Nets.
The Sixers and the Nets will tip off at 6 p.m. EST on Sunday from the Barclays Center.
