A search operation is being re-launched this morning by emergency services for a missing person in County Galway.
Gardaí, with the assistance of colleagues in the Irish Coast Guard, RNLI, Civil Defence and a number of local and national search units, along with volunteers, are continuing a search in Galway City following an incident reported on Wednesday October 15.
Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit has confirmed this morning that the search will commence at 10:30am at Galway Bay Sailing Club, Renville, Oranmore.
They are asking members of the public to volunteer and help search the shorelines of Galway Bay.
