Some players are trending in the right direction, while others just saw their fantasy relevance vanish overnight. Let’s dive into everything you need to know as we roll into Week 10.

Jim Harbaugh confirmed that Chargers running back Omarion Hampton won’t even have his return window opened until after the team’s Week 12 bye. Hampton’s been sidelined since Week 5 and was still seen wearing a walking boot last week. That means Kimani Vidal continues to be the Chargers back to roster for now. Once Hampton is activated, though, expect him to reclaim lead-back duties in Los Angeles.
Brutal news for Green Bay. Tight end Tucker Kraft tore his ACL in Sunday’s loss to Carolina, ending what was shaping up to be his breakout season. Kraft already had two 100-yard games and was headed toward his first 1,000-yard campaign before the injury. Luke Musgrave will step into the starting role, but he’s caught only nine passes for 88 yards all year. He’s worth a speculative pickup in deeper fantasy leagues, but it’s hard to expect anywhere near Kraft’s production.
Packer head coach Matt LaFleur said rookie wideout Matthew Golden (shoulder) is day-to-day after getting dinged up in Week 9. It’s good news for Green Bay, but Golden hasn’t done enough this season to warrant a fantasy roster spot.
Rough Day in Washington
The Commanders can’t catch a break. Dan Quinn said there’s “no timetable” for Jayden Daniels’ return after the rookie quarterback suffered an elbow injury to his non-throwing arm. While there’s no fracture, ligament damage remains a concern, and surgery hasn’t been ruled out. Marcus Mariota will continue to start while the team gathers more information.
To make matters worse, Quinn doesn’t expect Terry McLaurin (quad) to play this week either. With a bye coming after Week 10, McLaurin could be sidelined until Week 11. And if that’s not enough, wideout Luke McCaffrey fractured his collarbone against the Seahawks and will likely miss the rest of the season. Washington’s offense now runs through Deebo Samuel and tight end Zach Ertz, though that’s not exactly a comforting fantasy setup.
Good Vibes in L.A.
Sean McVay said Puka Nacua is getting scans on his ribs but feels “optimistic” about the star receiver’s outlook. Nacua has taken a beating this season, but all signs point to him playing in Week 10. Fantasy managers can breathe easy for now.
Judkins Trending Up

Browns running back Quinshon Judkins returned to practice Monday, signaling he’s close to returning from his shoulder injury. Cleveland listed him as day-to-day after their Week 9 bye, and an early return to the field suggests he’s on track to suit up in Week 10. As long as he practices again this week, fantasy managers should plan to fire him back up as an RB2.
Cincinnati’s Mixed Bag
Tee Higgins cleared concussion protocol and will get the bye week to rest up, putting him on track for Week 11 against the Steelers. Samaje Perine wasn’t as lucky. He’s been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and is week-to-week. He’s expected to miss at least one game. Rookie Tahj Brooks could see a small bump in usage, but Chase Brown will remain the lead back once the Bengals return from their bye.
Patriots’ Passing Game Shuffle
Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) is also day-to-day, though head coach Mike Vrabel doesn’t expect him to practice early this week. Vrabel did, however, single out Kyle Williams for his improvement and said the team plans to give him a bigger opportunity going forward. Williams saw a season-high 31 offensive snaps last week but has just two catches all season. He’s not on the fantasy radar yet, but the added workload makes him a player to keep an eye on.
Jets Getting Healthier, Still Playing Coy
Jets coach Aaron Glenn said Garrett Wilson (knee) will return to practice this week, putting him on track to play against the Browns in Week 10. Wilson has missed two games but avoided injured reserve, and his return would be huge for an offense desperate for playmakers.
As for who will throw him the ball, Glenn isn’t saying. The Jets coach once again declined to name a Week 10 starter, refusing to commit to either Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor. Fields’ strong performance in Week 8 likely gives him the edge, but don’t expect Glenn to make it official anytime soon.
Injuries continue to pile up, but there’s at least a little optimism sprinkled in this week’s updates. Quinshon Judkins is trending up, Garrett Wilson might finally return, and Puka Nacua looks ready to keep grinding. Unfortunately, we’re losing Tucker Kraft It’s that time of year. Fantasy managers are holding lineups together with duct tape and prayers. Hang in there.
