George will not be available to play in Philadelphia’s season opener on Wednesday night. He is still working his way back from a knee injury, and the team wants to err on the side of caution with his recovery. Fantasy managers should expect more work for Kelly Oubre Jr. and Justin Edwards for however long the veteran remains out of the lineup.
