Roman Reigns has been away from WWE for more than two weeks now and the WWE Universe is eagerly waiting for his return. The OTC has been on a part-time deal with WWE since 2022 and he takes long breaks after completing a storyline. Reigns put over Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel 2025 and lost to him in the opening match of the show. Jey Uso mistakenly speared Reigns through the table, giving advantage to Reed.

Reed went on to successfully pin Reigns to register probably the biggest win of his career. The event took place in Australia, which is Reed’s home.

When will Roman Reigns make his WWE return?

Roman Reigns is advertised for Survivor Series and he is confirmed to make his return in November. He should be on at least two WWE Raw shows in the lead-up to the premium live event.

Reigns is all but confirmed to be part of the WarGames match. He could team up with CM Punk, The Usos and one more superstar against The Vision. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed could be joined by Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre and another superstar.

Reigns propelled his team to a win in the 2022 WarGames match. He wasn’t part of the 2023 Survivor Series. Reigns was part of the winning team of the 2024 WarGames match. Reigns is expected to take another break after Survivor Series.

Seth Rollins to miss Survivor Series

Seth Rollins, who looked set to lead The Vision in the WarGames match, will miss the show due to a shoulder injury that he suffered at Crown Jewel. He is set to stay out of action for few months and will hope to return by Wrestlemania 42.

Rollins’ injury forced WWE to remove him as the World Heavyweight Champion. He became a two-time WHC by cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on CM Punk at SummerSlam.
