Adrian’s bidding reputation became on par with Danny Wallis, who first appeared on The Block in 2012.

Will Adrian Portelli attend The Block 2025 auction?
Given the auction is public, anyone can attend including Adrian.
However, the billionaire is working with competitor network Channel Seven for a new reality series titled My Reno Rules. Naturally, many have presumed he won’t be attending.
That was until a video of Adrian in Emma and Ben’s Block home was shared on Instagram. In the video, Adrian was chatting about his success with Ray White real estate agents Jamee Favorito and Aaron Hill.
Who is Adrian Portelli?
Adrian is the founder of LMCT+, an online club offering luxury prize giveaways, promotions and shopping discounts to its paying monthly subscribers.
The 36-year-old is also an avid car enthusiast, going as far as to have his super car – worth $3 million – craned into the lounge room of his $39 million Melbourne-based penthouse.
In January 2024, Adrian had his first child with his partner Karlie Butler.
What houses has Adrian Portelli purchased on The Block?
The first home Adrian bid on was Ankur and Sharon’s home in 2022 for $4.25 million. He also bid on Omar and Oz’s home, but lost to Danny.

In 2023, Adrian purchased an incredible three homes including Steph and Gian’s for $5 million, making Block history.
