Strictly Come Dancing 2025: La Voix bottom of leaderboard after worst ever week-four score

What clues can the data give us ahead of tonight’s show? Well, as the celebs tackle their fourth different dance, let’s have a look at how different dance styles have done so far in this series. Discounting dances that have only been performed once, the American smooth is top-rated, with an average score of 27.76. It’s closely followed by the Charleston, on 27.5.
This is good news for Stefan Dennis, who is dancing a Charleston. Before he gets too carried away, however, no dance has seen more Week Four eliminations than the Charleston.
The lowest-scored dance so far this year is the cha-cha-cha, which is also a popular Week Four eliminator. Bad news, then, for La Voix.
Week Four has been a mixed bag over the years. No one has scored a 40 at that stage, though four celebrities have bagged a 39 (Ore Oduba, 2016; Alexandra Burke, 2017; Hamza Yassin, 2022; Tasha Ghouri, 2024). On all four occasions the perfect 40 was ruined by – you’ll never believe this – Craig Revel Horwood. Could Craig change that tonight?
Ed Balls (in 2016) and Celebrity Traitor Kate Garraway (in 2017) both scored a 16 at this stage, but the lowest Week Four score remains Scott Mills’s 15 in 2014. Curiously, both Balls and Mills were dancing to Bonnie Tyler songs. What do the judges have against Bonnie? Even more curiously, none of the three low-scoring celebs were in the bottom two in their respective Week Fours.
