The New York Jets have traded defensive tackle Quinnen Williams to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a 2026 second-round pick, a 2027 first-rounder and DT Mazi Smith, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo reported on Tuesday.
Williams, the No. 3-overall pick of the 2019 draft and three-time Pro Bowler, arrives in Dallas on the same day the Cowboys acquired linebacker Logan Wilson from the Bengals.
The Jets traded Williams just after sending star cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Colts for their second stunning blockbuster deal.
Tuesday’s trade deadline is at 4 p.m. ET.
