Another tropical storm or hurricane may form in the Atlantic this week, and forecasters are monitoring possible threats to land.
The disturbance — currently dubbed 98L — is in the Caribbean Sea, home to some of the warmest ocean waters (of up to 90 degrees), which could allow it to become quite intense.
