TNT SPORTS RAISES THE BAR FOR 2025 QUILTER NATIONS SERIES BRINGING FANS CLOSER TO THE ACTION THAN EVER BEFORE

The Quilter Nations Series kicks-off on 1st November with a mouth-watering opener as England host fierce rivals Australia at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.
TNT Sports is ready to take centre stage for the month-long feast of rugby, taking fans deeper into the heart of every scrum, ruck and maul with all 21 matches live across TNT Sports and its streaming home, discovery+.
Building on last year’s award-winning coverage, TNT Sports has re-set the bar – with bigger, bolder and more immersive broadcasts designed to deliver the ultimate viewing experience by combining cutting-edge technology, innovative storytelling, and enhanced fan engagement across all platforms.
Scott Young, EVP WBD Sports Europe, said: ‘Our ambition is to redefine rugby coverage by constantly pushing boundaries to super-serve the viewer experience. We pride ourselves on our storytelling capabilities and delivering coverage through the lens of the fan.
“Not just during live match action, but through an unrivalled line-up of on-screen experts and a market-leading digital offer across web, app and social. This combination brings fans closer to the game, the players, and the passion that defines international rugby at its most elite level.
“Last year TNT Sports delivered record-breaking viewership in its debut series, driving our best-ever rugby audiences across all competitions and we have every belief we can build on that success in 2025.
“We are in a unique position by being the season-long storytellers of the domestic game. It allows us to build a narrative and drive excitement as we head onto the international stage. We can use these engaged audiences to drive new fans to the Gallagher PREM to help support growth at a domestic level. We are delighted to see a double-digit year-on-year audience increase already this season.”
TNT SPORTS DELIVERS BROADCAST-FIRSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL RUGBY

POV Drones will dive deeper into the stadium atmosphere, capturing the emotion, passion and energy of the crowds to showcase the fan perspective like never before. In addition to Spidercam, Augmented Reality (AR) graphics will be implemented across Steadycam for the first time bringing a new visual dimension to live coverage.
More on-field innovation will be utilised with Refcam featuring across more matches, with on-pitch pundit demonstrations a more regular feature after making its international debut in last year’s series, to once again provide even greater clarity and connection between viewers and the game.
BRAND NEW WEEKLY SHOW ENSURES CONVERSATION NEVER STOPS
Complementing the live broadcasts, TNT Sports will launch a brand-new studio show. The Quilter Nations Series Show, hosted by Craig Doyle, will air every Thursday night throughout the series featuring many of the regular faces seen across TNT Sports’ rugby coverage, complemented by a selection of special guests. The show will feature in-depth analysis and expert insight, tackling all the key talking points and developing stories from the previous weekend’s matches, while also looking ahead to the next round of fixtures.
TNT Sports’ coverage will also expand beyond the live action with an enriched digital presence, delivering more content, stories and match-day moments across web, app and social, driven through exclusive behind-the-scenes access ensuring fans stay engaged across all platforms.
discovery+, the streaming home of TNT Sports, will once again deliver industry-leading functionality as fans take control of their viewing experience through interactive Timeline Markers.
