BlizzCon 2026 tickets will be cheaper this year, thanks to “early bird” pricing

Blizzard Entertainment’s (semi-)annual fan gathering, BlizzCon, will return in 2026 after a nearly three-year break. On Wednesday, Blizzard announced ticket sales for BlizzCon 2026, including the event’s first-ever “early bird” sales window, which will offer passes for $40 less than the standard rate.
Early-bird tickets for BlizzCon 2026 will go on sale Friday, Nov. 7, at 9 a.m. PST/12 p.m. EST, and will cost $249.99 all-in (that’s including taxes and fees). That early-bird window closes on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 11:59 p.m. PST/Monday, Nov. 10 at 2:59 a.m. EST.
Standard ticket sales for BlizzCon 2026 will commence on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 9 a.m. PST/12 p.m. EST for $289.99. (In a rare inflation-trend-bucking move, that’s $10 cheaper than the previous in-person BlizzCon held in 2023, where ticket prices were $299.99.)
Tickets for BlizzCon 2026 will be sold through Tixr.
BlizzCon 2026 will take place on Sept. 12-13, 2026 — a Saturday and Sunday, just like BlizzCons past — and will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. As with years past, BlizzCon 2026 will feature an opening ceremony with “major announcements,” Blizzard said in a blog post, and hands-on gameplay for games like World of Warcraft, Diablo 4, Overwatch 2, Hearthstone, and Diablo Immortal.

Also returning in 2026 is BlizzCon Charity Night, “an exclusive event with Blizzard developers, artists, and community representatives” that will benefit the Make-A-Wish foundation. Charitable Blizzard fans with deep pockets will need to cough up an additional $499.99 to take part in next year’s BlizzCon Charity Night. That’s only like 25 Overwatch 2 skins, so a small price to pay!
Additionally, BlizzCon attendees who want to stay at the con until the wee hours can purchase the Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on for $89.99. That BlizzCon 2026 expansion will offer access to an exclusive three-hour event Saturday evening, Sept. 12, to both the Darkmoon Faire and the BlizzCon Store, plus 20 Faire Tokens and a collectible credential.
BlizzCon 2026 will be the first such event since 2023. A BlizzCon planned for 2024 was canceled, and there’s no such event this year. BlizzCon 2023 had a slew of announcements, including the reveal of World of Warcraft‘s Worldsoul Saga, a trio of expansions; Diablo 4 expansion Vessel of Hatred; the World of Warcraft Classic version of Cataclysm; and three additional heroes for Overwatch 2 in Mauga, Juno, and Venture.
