Tickets to see Westlife on their recently announced 2026 UK and Europe tour have gone on sale this week – and some fans are not pleased.

The iconic pop boyband are setting out on a major tour next year to celebrate 25 years of making music – which includes one night at Manchester Co-Op Live.

Westlife’s 25th Anniversary Tour kicks off in September 2026 and includes shows in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, London, Brighton, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Cardiff, and Manchester on October 23.

Following that, Westlife will return to Belfast and onto Europe for their first headline continental run in two decades.

Tickets for some of their 2026 shows went on presale on Wednesday morning, October 29, and while some fans have shared success and excitement in obtaining tickets, others have taken to social media to complain.

Over on X, formerly Twitter, @Charliedods1 wrote: “Been a fan for my whole live, never missed a tour, but these Westlife ticket prices are absolutely ridiculous.”

@Hema_ByrnesArmy added: “947 people ahead of me in the queue. These prices are insane btw. This is without VIP and packages”

Ticket prices for seeing Westlife were confirmed by Ticketmaster on Wednesday, October 29.

The tickets have been priced in advance ranging from £59.95 to £246.40 (including fees) plus a per order handling fee of £2.50. Ticketmaster said this does not include VIP, Hotel Package, Group or Concession prices – and tickets are “subject to availability”.

@eimearrr_xo wrote: “It wasn’t even this hard to get Westlife or Dermot Kennedy tickets, I find it very hard to believe that they’re already sold? There wasn’t even a waiting list or a queue, I just got in straight away at 10am! Makes me think there was none for 3 presale to begin with.”

@gallavichxox said: “Literally in the queue and only 100 odd people in front of me so why are there only VIP tickets available???”

Other fans had difficulty with the sale on Wednesday too as @Dink670 wrote on X: “@O2Priority what’s happening with the westlife presale tickets? App just takes you to Axs Web page, where it’s showing they’re not on sale til 31st!”

@RacheyRoo28 added: “@TicketmasterCS not a good sign when you cant even get into the westlife lobby?!”

Another fan, @kellymcf6, experiencing issues wrote: “Your Westlife waiting room isn’t working, Tried to get Westlife tickets, redirects to website saying tickets are on sale on 31st????”

Ahead of the sale, one hopeful Westlife fan @Hema_ByrnesArmy wrote: “Praying for a smooth and straightforward presale #Westlife”

One fan @Maria__S__ experienced some ups and downs as they shared on X: “The panic was at an all time high for like 20 minutes before I managed to get them First the page said I was a bot, then they threw me out like 4 times for an unknown reason, then the code didn’t work, then my card didn’t work, then wrong email address.”

On the other hand of the spectrum, some fans took to X simply to share their excitement in securing tickets to see the Irish boyband next year.

@stephanieMUFCxx shared on social media platform X: “Tickets to see Westlife 2026 secured”, and @Lisamarie0410x said: “I’m so excited that i got westlife tickets next year will mark 21 years since I first seen them live!!!”
