Laces BC, Lunar Owls BC, Mist BC, Phantom BC, Rose BC and Vinyl BC are all back for Year 2, while two expansion teams have been added in Breeze BC and Hive BC.

Thus far, 48 players have been announced for participation in the second year of Unrivaled. They are as follows:

Napheesa Collier, Breanna Stewart, Brittney Griner and Alyssa Thomas are among the biggest names back for Year 2, while several new names have signed on as well, including Paige Bueckers.

After leading UConn to a national title last season, Bueckers went first overall to the Dallas Wings in the 2025 WNBA draft.

She was named an All-Star and WNBA Rookie of the Year by virtue of averaging 19.2 points, 5.4 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Unrivaled has already announced the head coaches for all eight teams, headlined by Nola Henry, who is returning as head coach of the defending champion Rose BC:

Led by Collier, Lunar Owls dominated the 2025 regular season with a 13-1 record, but they were upset by Vinyl BC in the semifinals.

Rose BC then went on to beat Vinyl BC 62-54 in the Unrivaled Finals with Chelsea Gray earning Finals MVP honors.

The 2026 Unrivaled season will start Jan. 5 and run into March, and all games will air on TNT and TruTV with streaming on HBO Max.
