The cyclist who has long accused Daniel Andrews and his wife Catherine of causing him serious injury by crashing into him when he was a teenager more than a decade ago is suing the former Victorian premier.
The accusation from Ryan Meuleman became known as the Bike Boy scandal, and the response from Victoria Police to the 2013 accident has already been the subject of an anti-corruption probe.
