The latest season of Selling Sunset may be available to stream in its entirety—but the drama isn’t over yet!! It’s been confirmed that a Selling Sunset season 9 reunion special is on its way, where we’ll (hopefully!) get to see the cast hash out everything that’s gone down since filming wrapped way back in February 2025.
For instance: Where do Chrishell and Emma stand now that she’s back with her controversial boyfriend, Blake Davis? What’s the latest drama between Mary and Chelsea? And what is going on with Nicole now that she’s officially off the show?

According to Tudum, the reunion special drops on Wednesday, November 5.
Who will be at the Selling Sunset season 9 reunion?
The full cast is expected to show at the reunion, including Chrishell Stause, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, Alanna Gold, Mary Bonnet, Romain Bonnet, Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Sandra Vergara, Jason Oppenheim, Brett Oppenheim—and yes, even Nicole Young (more on that in a sec).

And while it seemed as though Chrishell, Chelsea, and Nicole all skipped the season 9 premiere party following the season’s drama (leading fans to wonder if they skipped the reunion as well), TMZ later revealed that Bre organized the event and thought “it was best not to invite Chrishell or Chelsea.”
Per sources, Nicole was invited to the premiere party…but “just couldn’t find the time to attend.”
Who is hosting the Selling Sunset season 9 reunion?
The reunion specials (which began airing following season 5) have all been hosted by Queer Eye’s Tan France, so chances are we’ll see him hosting once again this time around.
Also! Quick reminder that this is the first reunion special we’re getting since November 2023, seeing as the season 8 reunion was cancelled (again, more on that in a sec).
When was the Selling Sunset season 9 reunion filmed?
While season 9 appears to have wrapped filming back in February, it seems like the reunion was filmed in August—or, at least, according to a TikTok posted by Nicole on August 17. As the real estate agent (who posted the video after returning from the reunion set) recounted, she’d arrived early and waited all day to film, only to be given very little opportunity to speak.
“They finally bring me out to the set, and they sit me down, and they want me to address one specific instance,” she told her followers. “So I do, and then the moderator goes, ‘Okay, thanks, Nicole, great to see you.’”

Why wasn’t there a Selling Sunset season 8 reunion?
Following the release of season 8, it was announced that the cast wouldn’t be hashing out the season’s drama this time around. The reason? According to Variety, the decision wasdue to a “cast mutiny.”
Netflix never offered an official explanation, but chances are that Chrishell’s threat to leave the show had something to do with it.
