With the holiday shopping season set to begin in earnest this month, Nintendo revealed its Black Friday 2025 promotions on Monday. It includes several discounts on Nintendo Switch games, amiibo, and a MicroSD card.
At participating retailers starting Nov. 23, select Switch games will receive 33% markdowns while others will be 50% off. The following Switch games will be available for $39.99 for Black Friday:
At 50% off, for $29.99, are the following Switch games:
Notably, none of these deals are for Nintendo Switch 2-exclusive titles. Nintendo’s biggest games of the year, like Mario Kart World (and its $79.99 price tag) and Donkey Kong Bananza (which costs $69.99), aren’t receiving discounts in Nintendo’s batch of deals. Similarly, Nintendo’s not offering a discount on any consoles or console bundles for the original Switch or the Switch 2. Individual retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, and Target will be revealing their Black Friday sales in the coming weeks, so it’s possible Switch 2 games and Nintendo hardware will still receive discounts in some form.
Also on discount are select amiibo for $10 off, like Tulin, Yunobo, Riju and Sidon from The Legend of Zelda series Sages amiibo, as well as some Street Fighter 6 amiibo. The best deal for Nintendo Switch 2 owners might be a $20 discount on Samsung MicroSD Express Cards for Switch 2 to bolster the console’s storage.
The Nintendo eShop will have its own sale in the back half of November. Switch and Switch 2 owners will want to check out those deals from Nov. 20 through Dec. 3 at the eShop.
