Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back Jalen Ramsey should have been penalized for a late hit on Cincinnati Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase during the second quarter of their NFL Week 11 game at Acrisure Stadium, according to CBS analyst Trent Green.

Chase was unable to catch a pass from Bengals quarterback Joe Flacco, and Ramsey appeared to take a couple of extra steps after the miss to hit Chase.

“I thought a flag would come on that, and I know Ja’Marr was looking for one,” Green said during the broadcast.

Ramsey had six tackles in the Week 7 meeting between the teams in Cincinnati.

Former Bengals star receiver A.J. Green was ejected after a fight with Ramsey, who played at the time for the Jacksonville Jaguars, during a 2017 loss.

Ramsey is in his 10th NFL season, first with the Steelers. A 2016 first-round draft pick, he’s played for Jacksonville, the Los Angeles Rams and the Miami Dolphins.
