‘A fantastic festive event’: Coca-Cola Truck to stop off in Suffolk this weekend

Heralding the start of Christmas for many, the Coca-Cola truck will stop off in Ipswich this weekend.
The public are being invited to take a selfie and get in the festive mood when the truck visits the town on Friday and Saturday.
New for this year is the option to turn photos with loved ones into personalised baubles.

The truck will stop off at two locations, the Kingfisher pub, in Hawthorn Drive and the Waitrose, in Crane Boulevard, from noon to 8pm on both days.
The company is once again partnering with FareShare and will donate the equivalent of one million meals for those in need.
Elodie Peribere, from Coca-Cola Great Britain and Ireland, said the brand remained ‘synonymous for Christmas’.

The firm was delighted to bring back the truck tour, she continued.
Ms Peribere added: “This year, we’re encouraging everyone to ‘Refresh Your Holidays’ and take a well-deserved pause to create uplifting moments with loved ones.
“Our continued partnership with FareShare is incredibly important to us, and we hope to make this Christmas a little more meaningful for thousands of people across the country.”
Frazer Grimbleby, managing director at Craft Union Pub Company, part of Stonegate Pub Company, which runs the Kingfisher, said it was proud to play a role in bringing people together this Christmas.
He added: “Lisa and the team at The Kingfisher are looking forward to welcoming everyone for a fantastic festive event, so be sure to come along and join in the fun.”
