Fiancé of murder victim Rebecca Park arraigned on domestic violence charges

WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) — Richard Falor, the fiancé of murdered woman Rebecca Park, appeared in the 84th District Court to be arraigned on domestic violence charges after allegedly assaulting a family member.
During the arraignment on Thursday, December 18, Falor was given bond of $25,000 cash surety.
Falor was free on bond after his December 3 release from jail, following his late-November 2025 arrest on two counts of delivering methamphetamine.
It’s unclear at this point if this is a violation of his bond. A separate hearing will be set to determine whether the new charge is a violation of his bond.
Cortney Bartholomew, Rebecca Park’s biological mother, and her husband, Brad Bartholomew, were arrested and charged in late November for Park’s murder.
