All Creatures Great and Small’s upcoming episode marks the final outing for season six.

All Creatures Great and Small season six is coming to an end with the final episode, titled Our Hearts Are Full, airing on October 30.

In the finale, Tristan Farnon (played by Callum Woodhouse) and Charlotte Beauvoir (Gaia Wise) are enjoying their romance, but they are aware Tristan’s leave is almost over.

As he prepares to return to war, they wonder what the future will hold.

Elsewhere, Siegfried Farnon (Samuel West) finally learns what’s really going on with his brother as the painful truth comes out.

Elijah Wentworth – Bernard Wrigley

Elijah Wentworth is a farmer who owns a shire horse called Weissmuller.

Tristan and Siegfried pay him a visit, but Tristan suddenly scarpers, leaving Siegfried baffled.

Elijah is played by Bernard Wrigley, an English singer, actor and comedian known for his folk music.

He appeared in Phoenix Nights, Emmerdale, Coronation Street and Shameless.

Mrs Hall and Grace Chapman

Grace Chapman – Cat Simmons

Grace Chapman is an old friend of Mrs Hall’s (Anna Madeley) and she is played by Cat Simmons.

Cat is a 45-year-old English actress best known for playing DC Kezia Walker in The Bill.

She is also known for her roles in Family Affairs and Life and Lyrics.

Tom Chapman and James Herriot

Tom Chapman – Lamin Touray

Tom is Grace’s son and he is played by Lamin Touray, a British Gambian actor from Manchester.

He played Ashley Hardcastle in Coronation Street and has had guest roles in Waterloo Road, Doctors and Everything I Know About Love.
