Married At First Sight UK fans are convinced there will be a twist on the E4 show and have ‘worked out’ who will be at the centre of it
MAFS UK viewers are certain an affair scandal is brewing as drama continues to intensify on the reality programme.
Married At First Sight UK has delivered no end of explosive moments, featuring startling revelations and heated confrontations. Sunday evening’s episode (October 26) witnessed Joe’s return to Maeve, only for him to subsequently declare his marriage finished.
Julia-Ruth also found herself in the firing line with viewers once more as the dinner party descended into mayhem. The relationship between Julia-Ruth and Divarni has encountered turbulent waters recently following their shocking admission of physical intimacy, which they had concealed from the group.

This follows Julia-Ruth’s confessions that she felt no attraction towards her spouse, instead finding herself drawn to Steven, who is married to Nelly. Fans now anticipate an affair will unfold, claiming they have “figured out” who will be at its centre, reports OK!
Viewers are convinced something might develop between Julia-Ruth and Steven. One TikTok user observed that Steven was following Julia-Ruth on Instagram rather than Nelly, whilst another speculated: “I think something went on with her and Steven.”
Former MAFS participant Adrian Sanderson himself declared “there’s always one” who strays, suggesting it could be Julia-Ruth and Steven this series. He elaborated in a video: “In the s***, marry, avoid thing she chose Steven and she doesn’t want anyone to know she’s having sex with her husband.”
In another video, he added: “When she spoke about Steven she had that smile on her face, I don’t think he’s into her though.”

Another MAFS UK fan said: “Something is already going on between Steven and Julia-Ruth hear me out,” adding they were convinced Julia-Ruth and Steven were out together one night as well as Julia-Ruth stating she is attracted to Steven and her “reluctance to throw the towel in”.
They continued: “On some level something has already happened between them two I am absolutely convinced of that, because of way they’re being with each other and the fact Julia-Ruth is so reluctant to throw the towel in.”
But some fans remain split. One person replied: “I think the scandal will be between JR and Joe,” as another said: “But Nelly and JR still follow each other on Insta? I feel like Nelly would have her blocked if this was true.”
However, one devoted fan is convinced Julia-Ruth and Joe could be at the heart of an affair storyline on the show.

The reality TV enthusiast said in a TikTok video labelled ‘affair theory’: “Everybody keeps saying that it’s gonna come out that Sarah and Joe are having an affair that Julia-Ruth and Steven are having an affair, no..
“Guys, it’s Julia-Ruth and Joe, hear me out. Before I get into my theory and my evidence just bear in mind I’m not an investigator.”
Outlining reasons as to why they believe Julia-Ruth and Joe might be involved, they subsequently commented: “Let’s just not assume that people like Joe are going to be up for having an affair. But it definitely does make sense the way that he’s completely gone off the radar.”
Certain fans online have proposed that Ashley could also have his attention diverted. Naturally, all of this remains conjecture as viewers will need to keep tuning in to discover who remains coupled up and who departs.
