Last weekend on Strictly Come Dancing, the BBC professionals left viewers in awe with a dazzling routine dedicated to Britney Spears in honour of Icons Week.
The performance was during the results show, which saw the fourth celebrity eliminated from the competition.
During the dance, the female pros were embodying the different eras of the singing sensation, with Jowita taking on a look inspired by Britney 2001 VMA performance.
However, it seemed as though the Brittney routine held great sentimental value for the Strictly pro as she took to Instagram to share a throwback image of herself along with a video of her in rehearsals.

She captioned the post: “Full circle moment. My very first performance was to Britney Spears’ ‘Oops!… I Did It Again.’ 26 years later, I’m dancing to Britney again, this time on the Strictly floor.
“If only she knew then…that every struggle, every doubt, every tear would lead her here.
“That one day, she’d be living the moment she once only imagined. Never stop dreaming. Never stop believing.
“Thank you @jakeleigh__ for this amazing choreography and for bringing back all my memories x I love you! And thank you, boys, for your amazing energy! X”
It wasn’t long before people commented on the post, with Janette Manrara saying: “I mean there are no words!!” With Fleur East adding: “SO GOOD!”

One fan commented: “Loved every moment of this performance!! Always so proud of you and how far you’ve come.”
With another person adding: “you were BORN to perform on that stage !!! britney was also my childhood idol and inspo and one of the reasons im performing today! hoping i get a full circle moment like this soon!!”
Sadly, Jowita’s chances of raising the Glitterball are gone this year as her celebrity partner Ross King was eliminated earlier on in the competition.

Currently, Emmerdale star Lewis Cope is topping the leaderboard with a total score of 34. On the other end of the scale, George Clarke is at the bottom of the leaderboard with a score of 27.
However, all is set to change this weekend as the stars put on a spooktacular performance for a Halloween special.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday (November 1) on BBC One from 6:35pm.
