The forward is remembered fondly by the Toon faithful thanks to his 44 goals and eight assists in 131 appearances, which included an unforgettable wondergoal at Chelsea in 2012.
But now the former Senegal international mixes it up with Sunday League royalty.
He’s linked up with Wythenshawe, which is made up of a number of Premier League cult heroes.
That includes the likes of Manchester City heroes Joleon Lescott, Stephen Ireland and Nedum Onuoha.

Ex-Burnley star George Boyd is also there as is former £13.5million Everton star Oumar Niasse.
Liverpool legend Emile Heskey – who has 62 England caps – also featured.
And the team is dominating the Cheshire Veterans Football League with a series of decisive victories.
Cisse led Wythenshawe to a 6-2 triumph over Collegiate Old Boys on Sunday at Hollyhedge Park.
The Senegalese star netted his first around the 20th-minute mark and made it four over the next 22 minutes.
The Newcastle hero added a brace within four minutes in the dying stages of the match.
Cisse underwent quite a nomadic career after leaving the Geordies as he first moved to China for Shandong Luneng.
He then moved to Turkey to play for the likes of Alanyaspor, Fenerbahce and Caykur Rizespor.
