Unsettled weather this week, minor travel impacts at pass level

A few isolated showers will be possible this morning for areas north of I-90. Later today, another wave will move across the Northern Rockies.
Light snow accumulations are expected with 1 to 3 inches for Lookout Pass. Parts of northwest Montana, including the Yaak Region, Troy, Libby, and Eureka. could see 1 to 2 inches.
A weak ridge of high pressure builds in Tuesday night into Wednesday, giving us a brief break from the rain and snow. Our next weather maker arrives Wednesday night into Thursday, bringing widespread rain and snow. Snow levels will drop to around 5,000 feet by Friday and Saturday.
