RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (KABC) — A San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputy was hospitalized after being shot in Rancho Cucamonga Monday afternoon.

The shooting was reported at about 12:37 p.m. at the 12300 block of Hollyhock Drive, in Rancho Cucamonga.

The deputy’s condition is unknown.

It is unclear what led to the shooting. No further information was immediately available.
