Swiatek – Rybakina: Time 15:00
H2H: 6-5
Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina have a tremendous rivalry, and this will be their twelfth match. Swiatek currently leads 6-5 in this rivalry, and four of those wins came in 2025 alone. She beat Rybakina in the semifinals at WTA Cincinnati, in the round of 16 at the French Open, in the WTA Doha quarterfinals, and in the United Cup match. Before this year began, Rybakina led this rivalry 5-2, and that’s wild to me. Only three of their matches have gone to a third set. Rybakina does have momentum entering this match, having recently won a tournament in Ningbo and making the semifinals at WTA Tokyo. Swiatek recently won at the WTA Cincinnati and at the WTA Seoul tournaments.
Best Bet to Make
The books do see Swiatek as a favorite, but Rybakina isn’t far behind. The average currently sits at 1.69 to 2.17. At their furthest, they’re separated by .75 points. Both women are 8-2 with a tournament title in their last ten matches. Given the fact that only three of their matches have ever reached a third set, I think taking the under on 2.5 sets at 1.61 is the smart play here. It’s funny because the books overwhelmingly think this match won’t go past two sets, but the odds of either woman winning 2:0 start at 2.63 and only go up. Make it make sense.
That being said, Under 2.5 sets is a value bet for sure.

Anisimova – Keys: Time 16:30
H2H: 0-0
Unlike every other match we’ve covered at the WTA Finals, Amanda Anisimova and Madison Keys have never played before, and thus do not have a rivalry of which to speak. It seems weird considering they’re both American, both in the top 10 in the World, and they both prefer to play on a hardcourt. This means we get to rely on where these women are now. Anisimova is 8-2 in her last ten matches, which includes a title and a loss in the US Open finals to Aryna Sabalenka. Keys is 6-4 in her last ten matches, and hasn’t won a title since winning the Australian Open and Adelaide to start the year. In fact, those are also her only finals of the year, as well.
Best Bet to Make
The books have Anisimova as a 2-1 favorite, and I don’t hate it. Anisimova is right at our preferred minimum, and some sites have only been increasing her odds. She’s 1.47 at the highest, but Anisimova winning 2:0 goes for 2.1 on several betting sites. You either have to take a chance on Anisimova winning both sets, or you can limp to the counter with a 150% payout and just call it a day. I don’t much like the offer of over 19.5 games for 1.55, so I think these two are your smartest bets unless you think Keys will win.
That being said, Anisimova winning is a value bet for sure.
