Kelvin and Liz must make their toughest decision so far: deciding the fate of one of their male lambs. Having been castrated, he is of no use to them for breeding so Kelvin wonders whether it is time to take his first trip to the slaughterhouse. Following an inspirational visit to a local farm, the Fletcher’s decide to expand their own collection of livestock. As they approach the end of their first summer on the farm, Kelvin’s old Emmerdale castmates, Danny Miller and Adam Thomas, come to visit.
