Cameron Norrie vs Learner Tien

Head-to-head – Norrie 1-2 Tien

Cameron Norrie has had a decent season but not a season worth remembering. In 2025 he has failed to win any tournament and has struggled to reach the semifinals even at lower tournaments. The Brit may hope to end his 2025 on a high with a title win to cap it off and focus all his energy into 2026.

He takes on Learner Tien, who is just 19 years old and has steadily climbed up the rankings this year. The American has had a breakthrough year, and it will be very interesting to see his career trajectory in the coming years. This week he has again impressed disposing off his opponents with ease and he looks in prime position to maybe win his first title of his career.

Norrie has struggled in all his matches this week, needing three-setters to close out all, and that may mean he would enter this match more fatigued than Tien. These two have met thrice in the past, all in 2025, with Tien winning the past two times.

Expect a match worthy to be a finale, but in this battle of the left handers, Tien looks more solid on defense. And while Norrie is more experienced, Tien is the one in better form and seems hungrier to cap off 2025 in spectacular fashion–after starting it with a bang.
Prediction: Tien in 3
