Former federal communications minister turned lobbyist Stephen Conroy and Amaysim founder Peter O’Connell have joined the overhauled board of Foxtel under its new billionaire owner at sports streaming giant Dazn.
The global sports platform, which is controlled by British-Ukrainian billionaire Len Blavatnik’s private investment vehicle Access Industries, has installed its own oversight after acquiring Foxtel from majority owner News Corp and minority shareholder Telstra earlier this year.
