The couple started dating in 2020 and welcomed their first child, son Leo, into the world the following year.

Maddison, 28, and his model other half had twins – Delilah and Rome – just days after the midfielder joined Tottenham in the summer of 2023.

They have now had their fourth and fifth children in another set of twins.

It is incredibly rare to have twins, let alone two different sets – the odds are a massive ONE IN 50,000.

Maddison confirmed the news on social media as he revealed their names.

The England international and Alexa have named the babies Jensen and Frankie.

He also quipped that he now has a five-a-side team of children.

He wrote: “Jensen & Frankie Maddison 30.10.25. Five-a-side team complete.”

Maddison shared the post on X along with an adorable picture of the twins in their Moses basket.

Fans flooded the comment section with praise and plenty of messages of congratulations.

One posted: “Congrats Madders.”

A second wrote: “Congrats Madders. Need you back big time.”

A third commented: “Congrats Madders! Get them training asap we are in desperate need of a 10.”

A fourth said: “Congrats, they are beautiful.”

Another added: “What wonderful news, congratulations.”

The couple revealed they were pregnant again back in June with a wholesome video on social media.

The video featured them on a beach as they revealed Alexa’s baby bump.

Maddison joined Spurs back in 2023 after Leicester City were relegated from the Premier League.

The North London club forked out nearly £40million for the midfielder who has struggled with injuries.

He was able to contribute in their early Europa League campaign before injury stopped him from playing as the club went on to win the tournament.
