Tensions have started to emerge within the Big Brother house as several fresh disputes have erupted following the most recent nomination process.

In footage due to be broadcast during Tuesday’s episode (November 4), a number of housemates will be shown challenging one another. These confrontations relate to specific actions and remarks that were made earlier, which have heightened friction amongst those residing in the house.

The current series of the ITV reality programme has already been packed with drama, with tensions escalating as it moves into its second-to-last week. Viewers will see further repercussions from the latest breach of regulations, as well as other housemates being held to account for their conduct.

Initially, Jenny confronts Sam over remarks he made after Zelah’s unexpected eviction. Violating the rules about discussing nominations, he also suggested that if Caroline, Nancy or he departed before the final, it would be the ‘most boring finale ever’.

He is subsequently questioned about this by Caroline, Jenny and Nancy in the snug. Jenny says: “Sam, the whole thing where you turned around and said ‘everybody’s boring’ apart from you. Like, who do you think you are? Do you know what I mean?”, reports OK!.

Sam replies: “It’s called a joke. That everyone’s been doing here every f***ing day.” Jenny says: “I know, but it’s not funny.”

Following an exchange, Jenny asks: “How do you expect people to trust you? You’re the one who keeps talking about people. You were saying everybody’s boring. You never said that to anybody’s face.”

However, Sam fires back: “But you didn’t say that to Emily about what you said?”.

Later, tensions escalate as the house prepares to mark Teja’s 19th birthday. Searching the fridge, Teja confesses: “I can’t find that bottle.”

Marcus enquires: “What bottle? Prosecco? Do you reckon they’ve took it?” Tate is stunned and responds: “There is no way.”

Teja adds: “I’m not giving them what they want though. But I just think that is so spiteful. This narrative is so sad.”

Echoing the earlier beans in the bowl row, when Sam neglected to wash his dish straight away, Marcus declares: “F*** it”. Accompanied by Tate, the duo head outside to challenge who they suspect is responsible.

Marcus questions: “Caroline – have youse drunk the bottle of prosecco?” Caroline confesses: “Yeah.” Marcus presses: “Why?” and Tate demands, “Why’ve you done that?”.

These fresh clashes follow the housemates making their nominations. It appears they were more than prepared for them, as settling into the Diary Room chair to make his choices, Sam states: “I’ve never been more ready in my f***ing life. Let’s go babe.”

Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
