Wendy’s 6412, 3887 Union Deposit Rd. Harrisburg, October 23. Pass. Observed a biofilm growth on the deflector baffle in the ice machine. Observed scoop used for chili lying on top of hot hold lid, which is not an approved food contact surface. Observed messy conditions around the dumpster with old food residue on the parking lot. Fence gate was wide open.
