Fairtree Village rebrands under new ownership as Boyles of Ballyseedy

Fairtree Village is now under new ownership and is rebranding as Boyles of Ballyseedy.
The facility was known as the Ballyseedy Garden Centre, before relaunching in May 2024 as Fairtree Village.
Boyles already operate popular home, garden, and build stores in Killorglin, Castlemaine, and the Clash Industrial Estate in Tralee.
In a statement, Boyles of Ballyseedy says visitors can still expect the same warm welcome, community spirit, shopping experiences, and garden centre facilities, now with a refreshed vision under new management.
Current vendors in the facility include Meadows & Byrne, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Kingdom Garden Centre, Buttermilk Café, and Daddy Long Legs smokehouse, while it also has a sensory garden which launched earlier this year.
Adrian Boyle, who is part of the new ownership, said the goal is to bring not only a refreshed identity, but also consistency, stability, and sustained growth to the site.
The statement says Boyles of Ballyseedy will continue to host engaging seasonal events, support local creators through its village market, and offer a place for families to gather, eat, play, and create memories together.
