I was wrong to doubt Kincaid last week. He just became the first Bills tight end with multiple 100-yard games in a season since the AFL-NFL merger. Outside of one game, Kincaid has shown to have a safe floor and clear upside. This week, he faces the Dolphins, who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy PPG, third-most yards and second-most touchdowns to tight ends. Kincaid got them for 66 yards, a touchdown and 17.6 fantasy points earlier this season.
