A power outage hit much of east-end belleville on Sunday afternoon.
According to Elexicon Energy, the lights went out at 2:19 p.m.
The area affected ran south of Station Street to the bay, east of Pinnacle Street and east past Haig Road.
Crews were working on repairs but no estimate was given for the power to return.

The cause of the outage wasn’t disclosed but a truck did slam into a hydro pole Sunday afternoon on Dundas Street East in the area of the Bayview Mall.
