Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is set to experience a career first in his illustrious 21-year NFL journey.
Rodgers will face off against the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium in Week 10, marking the first time the four-time MVP will play at this state-of-the-art venue. While still with the Green Bay Packers, Rodgers previously played against the Chargers back in November 2019, two years after their official relocation from San Diego. However, that game was held at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, also known as LA Galaxy stadium.
As for the Rams, who share SoFi Stadium as their home ground, Rodgers suffered a loss to them in October 2018 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Meanwhile, Amon-Ra St. Brown endured a Donald Trump fail with his gesture in Sunday’s showdown against the Washington Commanders.

Rodgers is hoping for a better outcome this weekend, building on a decisive 27-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts, where he completed 25-of-35 passes for 203 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions.
Despite the victory, the 41-year-old wasn’t entirely satisfied with the Steelers’ offensive performance.
Even though the Colts turned the ball over six times, they still managed to rack up more first downs (26 to 17), total yards (368 to 225), and plays (74 to 61) than Pittsburgh.
“I loved the play calling. I thought the execution was pretty bad,” Rodgers admitted.

“We gotta look in the mirror and play better on offense, because that’s not good enough in any phase.
“Me, run game, catching the football. Defense played incredible, and we gotta put 35-42 on the board and close the game out. So good tape for coaching staff, when you win a game and you got a lot to work on.”
The Steelers’ shocking victory arrived at the perfect moment, as Pittsburgh barely escaped an embarrassing three-game skid after losses to the Cincinnati Bengals and Green Bay Packers.
“We lost a couple where we had legitimate chances to win. But it’s a crazy league,” Rodgers observed.

“I saw the scores, and Carolina beat Green Bay today at Lambeau, I believe. And Chicago had a comeback win after giving up 42 points. Minnesota beat Detroit, I believe, too. Anything can happen. That’s what the league wants.
“There’s a great parody to it. You gotta deal with adversity.
“This was a really important win for us, though, to not lose three in a row, to not go to 1-3 at home, and to kind of get that big elephant that was starting to try and jump on the backs of the defense, which is made up of media and outside conversation about them.
“So we’re all human, and I think those guys felt pretty upset, had a little red eyes about what’s been going on. So I’m proud of them, the way they came back and responded.”
