A snowy start to the week: Road crews hard at work across Renfrew County

Road crews are taking advantage of the calm after last night’s storm to get roads in order for your morning commute.
Communities across the Ottawa Valley are cleaning up after bracing for anywhere from 5 to 15 centimetres of snow starting Sunday afternoon and continuing into the overnight hours.
Commuters should watch for snowplows on the road this morning and give them plenty of space to work as they clear local roads.
The Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium has cancelled a handful of school bus routes to Valour High School and Herman Street Public School operated by Skelhorn Bus Lines this morning, and more cancellations could be on the way.
