Can Korea survive the pressure in ‘Physical: Asia’ (피지컬: 아시아)?
The intense national survival competition is heating up as the Netflix reality series enters its most cutthroat stage yet.
Episodes 7 to 9, released globally on November 11 via Netflix, will determine which four nations advance to the fourth quest following a fierce Team Representative Battle. The showdown features Group A (Korea, Australia, and the Philippines) and Group B (Japan, Mongolia, and Türkiye), with the bottom team in each group facing immediate elimination—a do-or-die moment on the world stage.

In the previous episodes, Korea and the Philippines were neck and neck in Group A, tied in second place going into the final round. With Australia’s strongman Eddie Williams dominating the competition, Korea’s Amotti and the Philippines’ Justin Hernandez went head-to-head in a high-stakes final toss to determine their teams’ fates. With both nations on the edge, viewers are eager to see which country will survive and move on to the fifth quest.
Group B promises equally intense drama. The opening challenge—a pillar-jumping race—leaves no room for error, and even a single misstep could shift the outcome. The rematch between Japan and Türkiye is especially charged, as Japan seeks revenge after a painful loss in the Territory Conquest final. From the grueling Stone Statue Hold to the jaw-dropping Hanging Endurance, and a final high-stakes sack toss, Group B’s games are set to push every competitor to the limit.

With four of the original eight national flags already taken down, only four countries will remain to enter the fourth quest: the Battle Rope Relay. Each team will send out three representatives in a race that demands both extreme stamina and precise teamwork. The strategies each country brings to the relay could make or break their survival.
Director Jang Ho-gi (장호기) commented, “This might surpass the original ‘Physical: Asia’ in scale, difficulty, and fierce strategy. Here, no one is guaranteed survival. Watch closely to see which three nations make it to the end.”
As the first international edition of the hit series, ‘Physical: Asia’ has already drawn global attention. Since its premiere on October 28, the show garnered over 5.2 million views in its first week, landing at No. 3 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English TV) chart.

It also entered the Top 10 lists in 44 countries, claiming the No. 1 spot in eight of them. Participating nations like Korea, Thailand, Türkiye, Indonesia, Australia, and the Philippines have all embraced the series, showing its strong cross-border appeal.
Only four countries will survive this brutal physical war. Episodes 7 to 9 of ‘Physical: Asia’ are now streaming exclusively on Netflix.
