A Married At First Sight couple found themselves in a furious confrontation as they decided to end their marriage during their final vows.
With the experiment nearing its end, the remaining couples must determine whether they wish to pursue their relationships beyond the show.
The decision proved particularly challenging for Leigh and Leah, whose journey since exchanging vows on the E4 programme has been marked by numerous highs and lows.
Matters deteriorated earlier this week when Leigh faced questioning about kissing fellow contestant Leisha.
The disclosure sparked a row with Leigh’s partner Leah, who maintained that had the roles been reversed, Leigh would have “lost her head”.

Unsurprisingly, tensions flared at the dinner table, with the pair subsequently questioning whether their marriage could survive long-term.
During tonight’s (November 11) instalment, viewers watched the opening segment of the final vows, with Leah and Leigh becoming the first couple transported to scenic locations to reveal their verdict.
The newlyweds faced the choice of committing to a future together or acknowledging their marriage must conclude.
Whilst standing amidst a wisteria-filled garden to exchange vows, the atmosphere was anything but romantic as Leigh declared that “a true loving relationship shouldn’t take this much effort and force”.
Her decision to walk away from the marriage came as little shock.

Similarly, Leah shared comparable sentiments, stating her wife’s “past hurt was often projected” onto her.
She also maintained that he The wife felt she was “creating a narrative that didn’t reflect” her true self and felt under constant “under scrutiny”.
Leigh quickly retorted: “For you to say you felt managed throughout the whole thing..” Before she could finish, Leah interjected: “I didn’t say throughout the whole thing.”
Sometimes I want to talk to you about certain things but it felt like you weren’t meeting my energy. ” In a heated exchange, Leigh fired back: “Do you not think it is a bit insensitive that I just want to know the ins and outs of everything. That’s an insecurity in me.”

Leah claimed: “You didn’t at the time, you were just onto me. In a relationship what I need is someone who is also excited to see me and then ask the questions.”
“I need to feel supported by my partner and not feel like asking questions is a problem,” Leigh insisted.
However Leah was having none of it as she added: “Well if you weren’t a closed book then you would have got that from the beginning.” After a tense moment, Leah also chose to end the marriage.
Fans will have to wait and see if any of the remaining couples decide to stay together.
