Break-up party planning made easy
The business of planning break-up parties is taking off around the world.
Some venues are offering divorce party packages similar to those put together for romantic celebrations and weddings, with champagne, balloons, cakes and music sorted.
You can go full reverse-bachelorette and don a black veil, ‘just divorced’ or ‘end of an error’ sash, throw darts at a cardboard likeness of the ex, and decorate with on-theme banners and black balloons.
However big or small your ideal celebration is, the loud break-up often seems to follow the soft launch, and a party celebrating your freedom is a much more fun setting to grieve.
