2026 AFL fixture announced

The AFL revealed the fixture for Rounds 1-15

Adelaide will be a prime time regular with Thursday and Friday night games featuring prominently in its 2026 fixture released today.

The Club has five Thursday night games – with two at Adelaide Oval against Carlton and Geelong – as well as three on Friday night, including a home Showdown.

Time slots have only been finalised for Rounds 1-15, with the AFL to confirm the remainder of the fixture later in the season.

The Crows kick-off their campaign against Collingwood at the MCG, while other notable call outs include:

  • Three home games in a row between Rounds Four and Six, inclusive of Gather Round;
  • Playing Fremantle under lights at Adelaide Oval on Good Friday;
  • Hosting popular Victorian clubs Carlton, Collingwood and Richmond;
  • Kicking off the King’s Birthday Round against Geelong at Adelaide Oval;
  • Double up games against Geelong, Collingwood, Fremantle, Western Bulldogs, Richmond and Port Adelaide;
  • A home Showdown in Round 8 before meeting the Power again in Round 16;
  • Two trips to Perth, along with visits to Launceston, Brisbane and Sydney;
  • And five games in Victoria including two at the MCG.

Crows CEO Tim Silvers described the Club’s fixture as a significant win for its supporters and especially given the recent popularity of night games at Adelaide Oval.

“For the second year in a row, we have four games at home in the first six weeks of our season which is great for our members and fans,” Silvers said.

“Opening Gather Round again is a privilege, given it’s become such a big occasion, and having an extended stretch with limited travel also presents high-performance advantages.

“Overall we are pleased to see last year’s strong and consistent on-field performances, as well as our entertaining game style, rewarded with marquee fixtures.”
