- Return the console and power cord to your nearest EB Games store
- From Saturday 1 November choose one of the following options:
- Return your console and power cord instore and have them retested free of charge. We will send your console and power cord to our Store Support Centre to be electrically tested and tagged. Once completed, the same console and power cord will be returned to your store for collection. This option helps you keep your saved games and settings.
- Alternatively, you can request a replacement of your current console and power cord or exchange for a different model. Newly tested units will be available from Tuesday 11 November.
- If you do not want to retest, replace or exchange your console and power cord you can get a refund to your original payment method or an EB Games gift card.
