Election Commission of India (ECI) Bihar Election Results 2025 Live: The Election Commission of India will begin releasing official Bihar Assembly Election Results 2025 through its dedicated portals — eciresults.nic.in, eci.gov.in, and results.eci.gov.in. As counting progresses across all constituencies in the state, voters can track real-time NDA vs MGB seat tally, constituency-wise leads, and official updates directly from the ECI. Bihar recorded a historic voter turnout of 67.13%, the highest since 1951, as per ECI data.

Record voter turnout: The two-phased polls to the 243-member Bihar assembly saw highest ever voter turnout of 67.13 per cent. The first phase, held on November 4, saw 65.08% voting and while the second phase saw 69.20 voting. The top leadership of both the ruling NDA and the Opposition Mahagathbandhan are claiming that the increase in turnout has gone in their favour. Going by the data, over the past 17 Assembly elections in Bihar, there have been five instances when an increase in the voter turnout was followed by a change in the government.

Constituencies to watch out for: As the initial trends start trickling in, the key constituencies to watch out for are: Raghopur, an RJD and the Yadav-family bastion in Vaishali district, where Tejashwi is facing BJP’s Satish Kumar Yadav; Mahua, from where Tejashwi’s elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav, is contesting under his new party, the Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) against sitting RJD MLA Mukesh Kumar Raushan; Lakhisarai, an NDA stronghold where Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha is facing Jan Suraaj’s Suraj Kumar and Congress’ Amaresh Kumar; Tarapur, where the other Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary is fighting RJD’s Arun Kumar and Jan Suraaj’s Santosh Kumar Singh.
