$35 flights announced at Concord airport: What to know

CONCORD, N.C. (WBTV) – Cheap new flights are coming to Concord-Padgett Regional Airport.

Avelo Airlines announced on Wednesday, Nov. 12, that it will launch new nonstop routes from the airport starting early next year.

“[The flights] inspire more travel as we gear up for spring break, more vacations, and connecting with friends and family,” said Avelo Airlines founder and CEO Andrew Levy.

What to know

One-way fares will start at $35, with flights heading to two major airports. Details on the destinations, launch dates, and flight frequency are listed below.

  • Chicago O’Hare International Airport: begins Feb. 12, 2026
    • Four flights per week on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays
  • Nashville International Airport: begins Feb. 12, 2026
    • Four flights per week on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays

The routes will operate using a Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft.
