The study shows that Florida is the eighth-most active state for pedestrian accident attorney searches in 2025.
The research, conducted by Kuzyk Law, analyzed data from Google Keyword Planner for 2025 on searches related to pedestrian accident representation, including queries such as “pedestrian accident lawyer,” “pedestrian accident attorney near me,” and “crosswalk accident lawyer.” The number of searches was calculated per 100,000 residents in each state to identify where Americans most actively seek legal help after pedestrian accidents.
Florida ranks eighth with an average of 26.93 searches per 100,000 residents, 56.4% higher than the national average of 17.22 searches per 100,000 residents. The Sunshine State recorded an average of 6,420 monthly searches in 2025 among its population of 23,839,600. Highly searched terms included “pedestrian accident lawyer near me,” “pedestrian car accident lawyer,” and “pedestrian accident attorney.”
Looking at the study, Mark Anderson – attorney at Kuzyk Law, commented,
“Florida’s ranking reflects continued pedestrian safety challenges, especially in busy urban and coastal regions. High tourism and elderly populations may be driving the increased demand for pedestrian accident legal representation.”
