It’s his own fault unfortunately. I hate holiday insurance, but he should have disclosed the diabetes. What’s the point in paying the premium when you know you haven’t disclosed your medical conditions. If it is the first time he’s ever been abroad and took insurance out, then it just might be understandable, but still a massive error. I hope he gets back home as soon as possible.
