Tesco offers 50% off key Christmas item in store with Clubcard ‘until stocks last’

Tesco is offering everyone with a Clubcard the chance to get a key Christmas item for a hefty 50% off. Martin Lewis revealed the Tesco deal on his ITV show, The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, on Tuesday.
The deal is giving Clubcard members the chance to grab a real Christmas tree for just £20, down from £40, including 5-6ft Nordman Fir trees.
From yesterday (Thursday, November 13) Tesco has turned the deal live and it will remain available until only December 14 ‘or until stocks last’, whichever comes first.
Tesco is also offering potted Nordman Firs, at 2.5-3.5ft, for £15 down from £30, or a Tesco Finest Christmas tree with lights, 3.5ft to 4.5ft, down from £40 to £20 as well.
To get the discount, you need to scan your Clubcard in-store.
Martin Lewis’ MSE adds that you don’t need to rush out now and get a super early tree, but if you leave it too late, you do run the risk of the offer no longer being available due to dwindling stocks.
It says: “What if I’m not ready to buy a tree yet? As the offer is on for a few weeks, you could wait to get this deal, though of course you risk trees becoming unavailable.
“Tesco says when it ran this offer last year, the majority of trees had been bought by the end of November, but it also says it’s ordered 50% more stock than last year to help meet demand.”
At the same time, Tesco has also launched its annual three for two deal on toys, until December 4.
Again, only open to Clubcard holders, the deal includes Hot Wheels, Barbie, Paw Patrol, Minecraft and all sorts of other toys and board games.
MSE says about the deal: “Specific toys include The Traitors board game, Hot Wheels Speedway Frenzy, Bluey Beach Cabin, 5 Surprise My Mini Baby, and X Shot Excel Blaste. Of course, what’s available will vary by store, and some items may sell out, so it’s best to go quick if there’s something you want.
“Tesco may not always be cheapest for everything, even during a sale, so be sure to check prices elsewhere before buying.”
