Davis beats Gilley via unanimous decision

What a fight!
Earlier on, Ishmael Davis claimed the British and Commonwealth super-welterweight titles with a unanimous decision victory over Sam Gilley.
It was an extremely close fight with two judges scoring the bout 115-113, and the third judge scoring it 115-114.
There was some controversy as Davis looked like he had knocked Gilley down in the 12th round, however, the referee decided it was just a slip.
But regardless of the knockdown not being counted, a career-best performance from Davis earned him a much-needed win.
Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn will have to put on a serious show to take fight of the night this evening!
